We all face difficult times in our journey of life when we find ourselves feeling lost, stuck, confused, and/or alone because of our struggles with emotional and mental health. I provide a spiritually-sensitive counseling experience to address mental health issues. My strength is an awareness of family, cultural, and generational issues. This sensitivity allows me to discern additional factors and have a more wholesome view of what may contribute to your situation. My motto is, "The less you need me, the better off you are." I'm all about equipping, educating, and empowering you with any resources available.
